We check public state and county criminal records as well as state and national sex offender registries. Additionally, we check the OFAC list which screens for designated terrorist organizations to enhance safety and trust.

Each guest must pass our screening process. Additional protections such as Ring cameras and noise detectors are utilized to ensure guests are safe and properties are monitored.
